Quetsch povidl is produced based on traditional recipe and the methods of boiling in cauldrons result in the quetsch plum fruits becoming naturally infused with sugar, which gives the product excellent flavour and aroma qualities.
The product owes its natural fruit flavour to high quality ingredients used in production, in particular fresh or frozen fruits. Careful technological processing ensures a long shelf life without the use of preservatives.
In the production of its powidl the Dagoma company uses only quetsch plums and sugar, which guarantees the product’s high quality.
